This position will have oversight for our sustainable water handling division, including recycling and supply water program. This person will be responsible for evaluating and championing new technologies to enhance and improve WaterBridge operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage water treatment and recycling business unit
- Work with customers to tailor a recycling program for their various specs
- Work with Environmental team to research and recommend ESG related projects, including:
- Enhanced evaporation of produced water
- Post-treatment uses for produced water (agricultural / industrial applications)
- Potential for post-treatment discharge to rivers or aquifers
- Renewable energy applications
- Research and participate in legislative meetings related to the above topics
- Participate in industry events and provide summaries of findings at industry conferences
- Provide quarterly update to Executive team on project statuses and new findings/recommendations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering Discipline strongly preferred
- 5+ years of industry-related experience, preferrable in water-related discipline
- Project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice
- Able to excel in entrepreneurial environment
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with external customers
- Must be a self-starter
