Who We're Looking For: Director, Project Management
We're looking for an experienced leader to centralize the PMO at Clearlink. Ideally, this person would create strong communication networks in all departments, identify and fill project management gaps within the organization, and mentor a team of project management individuals.
The Impact You Will Make

Oversee and mentor a team of project managers and scrum masters, tactically driving day-to-day project operations, and running key programs

Analyze the current state of process at Clearlink in each department and propose recommendations on how to improve

Standardize processes, language, reporting and tools where appropriate
-
Implement intake, prioritization and reporting processes for executive leadership

Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities

Regularly review how projects are pacing and collaborate with the project team to identify and analyze risks and mitigation plans
-
Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully and resources are allocated appropriately

Delegate projects to team members based on skills and expertise

Manage and coordinate multiple cross departmental projects such as new brand onboarding, financial data presentation, implementing new tech stacks, and improving our ecommerce experience, to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
What You Need
-
10+ years of technology-focused project management experience
-
Must have previous management experience
-
Experience with Jira and other project management software
-
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and proven track record to successfully collaborate with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter specialists

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
-
Relevant certification (e.g PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.) preferred
