Job Description


Creative leader responsible for implementing and supporting the Visual Merchandising strategy for North America, ensuring high visual standards and quality, global consistency, and brand image. Responsible for the creation and development of all collateral and VM, to support Beauty and Fragrance, including our exclusive luxury franchise LCP.

Strong partnership across departments (Sales, Marketing & Purchasing), to successfully guide the global business strategy of the brand.

Collaborate with Paris and local teams to design and implement special retail experience & in-store animation strategies, through conceptualization and developments of podiums, distortions, pop-ups and other innovative vehicles that drive sales and build brand awareness.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope: Dior PC North America

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process (design, production, and in-store execution) of visual merchandising elements for Beauty and Fragrance.
  • Direct the design process to make sure the projects deliver on time, on budget and qualitatively.
  • Partnering with ops, manage budget allocated to VM projects and In Store animations and monitor all the initiatives in term of feasibility and profitability.
  • Conceptualize, design, and manage the execution and overall strategy of the global retail experience (in store distortions and podiums, pop ups, windows etc.)
  • Ability to create presentations, recap documents (photos and video) and yearly calendars and be able to present and speak to them to Top Management and other audiences.
  • Conduct market visits to review issues, progress and new business opportunities and participate in on-site top priority installations.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in design and high-profile scenography
  • Degree in design sceneography and space design optimal.
  • Ability to travel as required for projects and vendor development.
  • Strong management and leadership skills to drive results and build high functioning best in class team to support PCD business objective.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Additional Information


Salary Range - $145,000 - $176,000
