Be with the Industry Innovation Leader

We are currently seeking a Director of Service Sales to join our dynamic team in Huntsville Alabama.

The Head of Service Sales has the ultimate responsibility and accountability for all aspects of B2B/B2C Major Appliance and Consumer Electronics parts and accessories sales; including but not limited to: National Accounts, Part Distributors, Extended Warranty Clients, Network Strategy development and execution of strategic objectives, partnership cultivation, and total service performance and cost management. This role also will include collaboration with Field Service including an extensive W2 Factory Service Network. Having already established relationships with Senior and or executive level leadership at National and Regional customers is required. Strategic direction for new business development and current business growth will play a critical role in this position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

"The successful candidate will plan, communicate and execute a multi-year strategy for sales and the Customer Experience. Must deliver results and continuous improvements in the business, and successfully launch and/or adjust operational policies and programs in response to changing company priorities and conditions.


  • Create the pricing strategy and contract negotiations for all aspects of sales including service sales and part accessories.
  • Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
  • Create and implement New Business opportunities that enhances the Customer Experience, but also drives incremental revenue and profit.
  • Drive performance across all service sales programs to ensure Year over Year growth including extended warranty, premium care, etc.
  • Be accountable for all aspects of Sales and Field Service Performance to Internal and external Executive Stakeholders.
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals for Service Sales team.
  • Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
  • Directly lead department of multiple teams and team leaders, including performance management, service sales strategy, and new business growth plans.
  • Drive process improvements throughout the organization through strategic business analysis and via collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum ten years of leadership experience in large-scale sales and field operations, preferably within a national organization with geographically dispersed teams supporting multiple product lines;
  • Experience managing and motivating teams of employees with multiple functional competencies;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with team members and executive level;
  • Ability to create and present executive level presentations that summarize program status;
  • Ability to travel nationally up to and sometimes exceeding 50% of the time;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and trend analysis, with executive level presentation skills
