Our corporate office and manufacturing facilities are located in Burleson, Texas (convenient to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex). Our manufacturing facility continues to expand and is currently 125,000 square feet.

Responsibilities

Assure the quality of products and manufacturing to a very strict standard. Serve, support, and advise internal departments. Serve customer needs and expectations as required by company's policy and procedures.

This position will support and advise Manufacturing, Product Development, Engineering and Sales Departments. The Director of Quality will assist in documentation necessary by editing and/or drafting of procedures, work instructions, specifications, and records. Maintain traceability of products.

Position will be involved in planning for people, projects, priorities, and resources. Position will assure that products and processes will be reviewed, tested, inspected, recorded, qualified, and released. Position will provide training to department employees, and other supervisors and employees.

Position will handle Complaints via investigation to resolution and will correct and provide a means to prevent reoccurrence. Director of Quality will issue and address NCRs and MDR's related to materials, equipment, process, suppliers, or people through investigation to resolve, correct, and prevent reoccurrence. Director of Quality will be intimately involved in internal audits, external agencies audits, customer audits and supplier audits.

Position will manage, coordinate, and evaluate QA activities. It will work with and guide others in accordance with company's policies and procedures. Position will cooperate with top management and department supervisors to promote training, implementation, and enforcement of department procedures.

Qualifications ·

• 3 years of experience in quality management in the steel manufacturing industry is desirable. ·
• Adept in the use of MS Office Suite
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. · Certificates, training and memberships that illustrate the candidate’s experience and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,819.56 - $120,000.00 per year
