Timber Ridge School, a 12-month residential treatment center licensed and fully approved by the Virginia Dept of Education is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance. Our campus is located about 20 miles north of Winchester, Virginia. Our employees transform the lives of emotionally and behaviorally challenged adolescent boys between the ages of 10-21, with a goal of reuniting them successfully with their families and community. Responsibilities of this position include ensuring that the services provided to the students and staff of the Foundation are appropriate, complete, adequate, and delivered in full compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s in Administration degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field. At least 5 years experience in program supervision, with responsibility to Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities. Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other QA/QI techniques preferred.
