DIRECTOR OF PERSONALIZATION
RETAIL/TECH
REMOTE
$230,000 - $250,000 + BONUS
THE COMPANY:
An organization that is based in Retail and Tech is in the market for a Director of Personalization to join its rapidly growing team!
THE ROLE:
Work cross-functionally across multiple business units including Analytics, Engineering, Media, etc. to achieve customer growth, improve retention, B2B Solutions, and optimize overall customer value.- Leverage multiple best-of-breed tools such as Marketo, Adobe Target, SFMC, etc.
- Establish an overall personalization strategy for the greater business.
- Manage a multi-faceted team of digital professionals; scale the team as the needs of the business dictate.
- Optimize personalization across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related industry required. Master's preferred.- Previous experience managing a high-performing team within a digital environment is required.
- Detailed digital personalization experience across multiple channels is needed.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within an agile workplace is required.
- Detailed, previous hands-on experience with tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Adobe Target, etc. is needed.
