Our independent cardiology practice is growing and expanding the management team. We are currently hiring a Director of Operations in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Under the direction of the Practice Administrator and Physician Board of Directors, the Director of Operations is responsible for the operational performance of the outpatient clinic, imaging department, and inpatient coverage at both Mary Washington Hospital and Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. This position is part of a mangement team that collaborates with providers to ensure high quality patient care in alignment with our mission, vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have education/experience in healthcare administration with indepth knowledge of medical billing and coding, healthcare information systems, as well as applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Clinical knowledge/background would be an asset.

This full-time salaried position will require extra time outside of the operational hours of the clinic. We have plans to expand our services in 2023 and seek a motivated individual to help us ensure success in meeting the needs of the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
