Director of Nursing Services - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Our Director of Nursing (DON) Services will demonstrates proven leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a thorough working knowledge of federal and state regulations. Responsibilities for the DON include the direction of all aspects of nursing services while supporting an active clinical and medical staff to ensure quality, individualized resident care and services.
DON requires a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, possession of a current RN license by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners in good standing, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
