Director of Nursing Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing for their location in the Columbus, OH area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team. Great room for growth! Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Director of Nursing Job Requirements
  • Medicare Home Health leadership experience.
  • A Registered Nurse is required.
  • Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.

Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day clinical operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
  • Hire, train, mentor staff.
