Job description
Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state and local standards. A succesful ADON is responsible, attentive, knowledgeable, and provides high quality care to patients and strong leadership to nursing staff.
Responsibilites include administering COVID test, ensuring nursing competentcies are completed annually and other specified duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience in nursing care.
