Director of Maintenance
Job description
The Director of Plant Operations and Maintenance is responsible for the safe repair and maintenance of all mechanical/electrical equipment or the appropriate delegation of these activities; responsible for safe emergency systems operation; responsible for all grounds keeping or the appropriate delegation of these activities; and to supervise team members in the Maintenance and Valet areas.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Five or more years superintendent, construction management, and third party vendor management experience
- Experienced and knowledgeable in medical, electrical, and plumbing equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance protocols
- Knowledgeable in capital and operating budget management, staffing, and performance management.
- Valid South Dakota Driver's license.
