Regional Director of Human Resources- Rio Grande Valley/Laredo/Corpus Christi markets

This role will support all 8 Communities managed by Touchstone in the following areas:
- Laredo, Corpus Christi, Portland, Alamo, Penitas, Del Rio, and Mercedes, TX.
- The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Rio Grande Valley or South Texas area and able to commute weekly to support our HR Business Partners and communities.
- 3-4 days per week travel; overnight required.
Who are we seeking?
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or other business field or in lieu of degree possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources with progression in career.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience as HR Generalist and preferably in a multi- site/Regional/Area setting
- Long term care industry highly preferred.
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP or other HR professional certification highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
