In search of a Human Resources Director overseeing 90 plus employees in the healthcare field across the state of TN.
The Human Resource Director will lead and direct the routine functions of Human Resources including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The HR Director will also create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
They will oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
