Director of Finance and Accounting/Full-Time: Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School, a private Catholic secondary school sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and the Marianists, seeks a dynamic financial professional to serve as the next director of finance and accounting. As a member of the school’s senior leadership team reporting to the president and CEO, the director leads an office of four professionals responsible for budgeting, financial management and reporting, tuition planning and payment, payroll and employee benefits, investment management, and financial analysis.
The right candidate will have earned an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance (CPA status preferred), six to ten years of experience at the controller level, and solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. She or he will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while leading in a team-based culture of shared trust and accountability. The school is in a strong financial position, supported by an active Board of Trustees and members of the Board’s financial advisory council, and seeks a confident individual who will lead efforts to continue to carefully steward the school’s resources.
