Coleman Health Services is seeking a counselor or social worker to be the Director of Child & Adolescent Counseling Services teams in Portage County!

Key duties of the Director of Child & Adolescent Counseling duties include:

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to mental health and substance use counselors serving youth and families
  • Participate in community coalitions and mental health system collaborative programs
  • Monitor compliance with company policy and procedure
  • Participate in budget development and monitoring

Candidates must have:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • LPCC-S or LISW-S
  • 3 years' experience working in mental health and substance abuse with children, teens, and families

Preferred candidates have:

  • 3 years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
