Coleman Health Services, formerly Coleman Professional Services (CPS), is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director to provide supervision for case managers and outpatient staff in Auglaize County, Ohio. In addition, this position provides direct care, including but not limited to psychotherapy, mental health assessments, individualized service plans; advocates for the consumers’ needs and desires.

Must have Ohio license as a LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S, or LISW-S preferred; able to communicate effectively with consumers, families, multi-disciplinary staff, key stake holders and partner agencies in addition to having at least 3 years’ experience and training in serving the SPMI and SMD, SUD and co-occurring disorders populations; and be eligible to obtain an NPI number, enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid, and have a CAQH account. Experience in mental health field plus indirect service in an integrated primary behavioral health care setting and experience with SMD population; and experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation. Salary based on experience and credentials.
