How you’ll make an impact:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Identity and Access Management to lead our identity transformation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to optimize and secure our identity and access management infrastructure. What you’ll do:

• Implement a strategic vision for Identity and Access Management (IAM) across SXM, including roadmaps, policies, and best practices.
• Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (AMFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Drive the adoption of modern IAM technologies and standards, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Collaborate with compliance officers and other internal stakeholders on IAM governance processes, including periodic access reviews, audits, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement role-based access controls, ensuring the principle of least privilege is maintained.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders on IAM-related topics, including risk management, incident response, and user education.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing IAM team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IAM
• Proven track record of implementing and managing large-scale IAM programs, including SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.
• In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Okta platform services, including Universal Directory, SSO, AMFA, Lifecycle Management & Workflows
• Knowledge of HRIS and directory systems, such as Workday, Active Directory, LDAP
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex, matrixed environments and lead through ambiguity
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $154,000 to $240,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
