About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP, People our Director of Human Resources and People Operations will help to foster a work environment conducive to success; with a strong focus on creating positive working environments and ensuring the team remains collaborative and supportive.

  • Employee Relations
    • Manage, resolve, and engage with team members on complex team relations matters, cultural initiatives, and day-to-day process development and improvement
    • Oversee Incident Management and conduct employee related investigations
  • Employee Experience
    • Advise leadership through people development, recognition and engagement strategies that improve efficiency, clarify accountabilities and support delivery of an exceptional team member experience
    • Foster a work environment conducive to success, with a strong focus on creating positive working environments and ensuring the team remains collaborative and supportive
    • Build team member surveys & use data to develop plans that increase employee engagement
  • Performance Management
    • Partner with leadership to drive performance and talent management and while providing tactical and strategic support
  • HR Operations
    • Procure, recommend and roll out new HRIS and benefits programs
    • Oversee and enforce corporate policies, programs and procedures
    • Manage leaves of absence
    • Ensure compliance with with local and state regulations
  • HRBP
    • Work with stakeholders across Rockbot to lead a people strategy that supports our business goals and fosters a culture of inclusion, growth and operational excellence
    • Coach, counsel and empower teams to effectively resolve workplace conflict with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach
    • Oversee any necessary Change Management processes as the company continues to grow and scale
  • DEIB
    • Align business objectives and strategy with teammates and stakeholders to advance and support our culture of maintaining an engaged, inclusive and motivated team
    • Collaborate with employee experience and all teams to continue building and executing awesome programs that align with our core values

About You:

  • You have worked in the startup world - building and scaling world class teams
  • You have a high degree of business acumen and can understand how to provide People solutions in order to achieve business results
  • You have experience directly managing and mentoring a team
  • You thrive in an environments that require managing multiple work stream and projects
  • You have at least 7-10 years of progressive HR and People Operations experience
  • BA/BS, Masters or equivalent experience a plus

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $150K to $200K, plus equity, and benefits for all team members.
