A Direct Support Professional is an integral part of the Vista Care Team. As a “DSP”, you will be responsible for helping to enrich the lives of the individuals.
Vista Care provides several services within Clinton and St. Clair County for the Individuals. We have homes in
New Baden, Aviston, Trenton, Breese, and Lebanon. Plea
se let us know which location would work best for you!
Little to no experience is required, we will happily provide paid training to you! Also, have the ability to get paid everyday!
Pay and Benefits:

$13.00/hour starting
Once the required training is completed, wage will increase to $15.00/hour
Paid Weekly
Health/Dental/Vision Insurance available after the first 60 days
401k starting after the first 60 days for full time employees
Shift Explanation:
The schedule is set, which makes it easier to plan your own life.

Mileage reimbursement if in a driving position
Tuition reimbursement for CNA licensing
Requirements:

CBRF Certification is a plus. We will help you to obtain certification if you do not already have it.
Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance if you have interest in a driving position.-
Driving positions are great ways to take the Individuals on fun outings.

Familiarity with the Apple operating systems (IOS)
Desire to enjoy what you do.

Assist Individuals with their day to day adventures.
Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, doing the dishes, and laundry.
Plan and execute activities with the individuals
Basic to moderate cares, depending on the individual and their needs
Prepare meals and plan a healthy meal plan with the Individuals
Use an Ipad to notate and chart behaviors and incidents
