We have 2 specialized AFC homes in Allegan with immediate openings on for all shifts. We offer a compensation package that includes a starting wage of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour (includes a $2.35/hr State of MI premium and up to $2.00 per hour shift premium) with a .25 raise after a 90-day orientation/training period, $1000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of hire, profit sharing plan after 1 year, a cafeteria-style benefit package available after 90 days of employment which includes Telemedicine and your choice of vision, dental, cancer, life insurance etc…

We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and understanding people to work with high-functioning MI individuals in a home-like setting. Duties include medication administration, assisting and supervising residents with daily life skills (ADLs), meal prep/clean up, maintaining a clean home environment, and activities/outings. Paid training is provided. Background check required.
