Creative, Design & Production Manager II
Plans, develops, and directs the marketing efforts for a particular brand or product line.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinating activities of specialists in production, sales, advertising, promotion, and related areas. Managing, developing, and implementing marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand.

  • Directing advertising campaigns which emphasize brand quality and value.

  • Analyzing brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and developing strategies for assigned brand based on research and analysis; reviewing and enhancing brand image to match corporate goals and vision.

  • Seeking synergy with and leveraging marketing resources with other brand managers; working with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for receiving and prioritizing both internal and executive requests for design and PowerPoint work and trafficking that work to our internal and agency resources
  • Acts as a type of "traffic manager" and works to ensure that timelines, often urgent, are adhered to and that workloads are sufficiently balanced, working through our project management system to maintain tracking and streamline efficiency
  • This person will report to the Head of Creative Production.
  • Fields internal design and PowerPoint requests
  • Manages request through Workfront
  • Assigns work to internal resources and to agency partners, as dictated by project needs and capacity
  • Tracks timelines and ensures delivery
  • Assist team members with regular reprioritizing of work to support business needs
  • Dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and delivered with efficiency, despite a heavy workload
  • Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels
Required Qualifications:
  • Five plus years demonstrating experience in project management
  • Five plus years of entrepreneurial mindset
  • Five plus years in solution orientation
  • Five plus years of experience in PowerPoint
  • Five plus years with the ability to dynamically manage multiple projects at once, including frequent unexpected requests, with efficiency, urgency, and patience
  • Five plus years with the ability to collaborate with partners to foster a positive and supportive environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workfront experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Expectation of occasional travel and extended hours

Base Pay Range: $98,300/yr. - $163,900/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
