Job description

Applicants must have prior experience serving in a fine-dining environment, and candidates will receive on-the-job training to learn proper table service. Applicants must understand what is exceptional customer service and have the desire to cultivate long-lasting customer relationships. We are looking for a responsible individual who can be dedicated to the team members and to upholding the standards of our dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare meals and drink orders for customers.
• Accurately receive payment from customers.
• Be able to explain the menu to customers.
• Be able to describe alternatives when out of stock items are requested by customers.
• Be cordial and friendly toward all customers.
• Be able to speak a foreign language or two as necessary.
• Follow health code regulations regarding cleanliness of serving utensils, cooking surfaces, pots, and pans.
