Job Title: Digital Program Manager

Introduction:

Helps oversee the execution and completion of technology solutions programs across multiple internal organizations. Typically utilizes management skills and technical skills. Assists as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery – Assists with managing a portfolio of programs and projects delivering on all program/project commitments from concept to production. Assist with determining project scope, schedule and budget.
  • Coordination – Leverages excellent networking skills and coordinates deliverables across different parts of the organization in timely completion of program objectives.
  • KPI’s – Responsible for meeting clear objectives, KPI’s for the projects/practice as outlined by senior management.
  • Reporting – Delivering overall messaging of status/issues to key internal/external partners and clients. Provide program dashboard; execution QA report; top program/account risks & issues (common issues).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to include:
    • Be the first point of contact for customer production and lab issues when identified as an issue with our business partner integration
    • Diagnose whether the problem is a defect, or the result of possible outside anomalies (like 3rd party infrastructure issues, configuration issues, system issues, network outage etc.).
    • Work closely with TGCS and business partner engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to resolve any lab or production issues in a timely manner
    • Work with the client to resolve any infrastructure or configuration issues and recommend configuration best practices
    • Escalate issues withing the TGCS organization or the 3rd party business partner when appropriate
    • Interact with TGCS project teams when SOWs (Statements of Work) are in progress to ensure timely deliverables to the client
    • Respond to real time system issue alerts and determine best course of action depending on severity and business impact
    • Focused on ensuring swift issue resolution even when the issue is not directly related to TGCS software or systems

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years functional experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience in process development and project management principles leading to improved outcomes
  • Strong project management experience and skills, ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities/priorities at once
  • Deep technical understanding/ability
  • Microsoft Project/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint proficiency
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state-of-the-art thinking and practices in benefits with the ability and willingness to dive deep into the details
  • Focus on operational excellence and developing end-to-end procedures with a keen ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement change
  • Strong verbal/written communication, presentation, and listening skills; ability to articulate the big picture
  • Dynamic problem solver, solid analytical skills, comfortable challenging assumptions and offering solutions/making decisions with currently available information
  • Ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing productive relationships with leadership across the business and vendor relationships
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to clients and leadership team
  • Proven track record managing teams and implementing innovative strategies and programs
  • Possess strong consulting skills and the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps and possible solutions
  • Have a passion for client success and ensuring that team are responsive, following through on commitments and constantly challenging teams to do better
  • Must be results oriented and think and act like an owner with an adaptive entrepreneurial spirit
