We are currently looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Completes a monthly audit of all ILS and lead tracking systems for the portfolio
• Monitors 5-10 Westover properties as assigned by Marketing Director
• Works closely with third party vendor to monitor online reviews and to create engagement best practices for customer service through social media
• Builds and monitors reporting of all relevant paid advertising KPIs (ILS, SEO, PPC, chat bot, etc.) to help track individual campaigns as well as overall performance
• Compares and analyzes trends in traffic, property activities and conversions to identify and troubleshoot tracking issues or other causes for conflicting data
• Assists with ad hoc digital campaign setup, tagging and tracking plans
• Reviews end-to-end experience to ensure that the customer experience is consistent across all channels
• Provides additional support to the Marketing Director as needed
