Active Pro Rehab Partners is now hiring an experienced Part Time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Cranford, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to lead all social media and marketing efforts, in a fast paced, growing environment and industry. The Digital Marketing Manager will pitch, develop, create and publish multimedia content for social channels, website, internal communications; with the goal of growing our audience, building brand awareness, and driving results for our company.

Experience:

3+ years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to create engaging multimedia content and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Inventive, warm, and compelling copywriting.
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,).
• Knowledge of and basic skills with photo and video editing software and equipment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Lightroom/Photoshop and Premiere.
• Expert knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong understanding of campaign managing, especially Meta ad manager, Google Ads/Analytics, and LinkedIn.
• Firm understanding of PPC campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with all constituents within a highly diverse university environment.
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results without close supervision.
• Monitor social boosting budgets and performance.
• Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.

Currently overseeing 42 physical therapy outpatient clinics in 13 counties throughout New Jersey.

Job Type: Part time - 20 hours per week. In office and from home (Hybrid)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
