Digital marketer
Hey Everyone,
Joseph Peretz is the spokesman for NEO Builders. NEO Builders is a general contracting company that services; Thousand Oaks, San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, and Culver City.
Joseph is an ADU expert and your job as a Digital Marketer is to enhance his brand by creating content on Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and Facebook. Other responsibilities include: Marketing and managing Josephs online course, managing Facebook groups, managing Google My Business, managing websites back ends, creating/designing landing pages and ensuring all digital platforms are active and updated.
We are looking for a social media coordinator that is consistent, motivated and ambitious. You will be asked to develop content calendars and repurpose content to ensure all platforms have new and relevant content.
This position is 40 hours a week. There will be some days where you will be asked to wake up at 7am. You will be given a notice but coordinator should be flexible
To be considers for this role you must have the following experience:
- Experienced in creating short and long form content for, YouTube Videos, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Tik Tok and FB Reels
- Experienced in creating engaging captions, texts and are familiar with call to actions to drive prospects to landing pages.
- Experienced in creating basic graphics, flyers, thumbnails and artwork. Can use softwares like Canva and Adobe Express.
- Basic video editing. Knowledge in basic video editing using softwares like Adobe Premier and CapCut.
- This position is an office position with remote work available based on productivity
- Plus if you can design and build web pages and landing pages
- Has familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Paid Search
- Experienced in live-streaming
