We are currently seeking candidates to join our exceptional team for the following position:
Job Title: Digital Marketing & Design Specialist
Location: Main Office
Position Summary: Supports the administration of marketing efforts as they relate to digital communication to customers, employees, and the community.
Essential Functions:
- Consistently provides quality service to internal and external customers.
- Consistently meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance.
- Provides administrative support to the Marketing Department.
- Assists in the development and design of digital advertising campaigns including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
- Under the direction of the Senior Vice President/Director of Marketing, manages the Bank’s digital presence on the Internet including content and design of the Bank’s website.
- Responsible for the execution of website alerts, edits, updates, reviews and redesigns as appropriate.
- Under the direction of the Senior Vice President/Director of Marketing, responsible for writing and designing email marketing content and working with the Marketing Research Analysist to execute distribution.
- Responsible for designing monthly statement ads, as well as online and mobile banking messaging when appropriate.
- Responsible for managing the Marketing Department’s communication on the Bank’s Intranet and keeping it up to date.
- Assists with the design, creation, and production of digital marketing communications materials including ATM screens, branded surrounds, and branch lobby digital signage.
- Works with the Community Relations & Communications Manager to help design and develop content for social media as well as the blog section of the Bank’s website.
- Represents the Bank in a positive way by being involved in Bank-sponsored community and charitable events.
- Demonstrates commitment to personal and professional development (i.e., community involvement).
- Demonstrates effective knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
- Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
The following skills, experience, or background are necessary (with or without accommodation) for this position.
- Undergraduate degree in English, Marketing or Business Communications
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of personal computers.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms
Physical Demands/Condition Requirements:
- General office environment
- Frequent use of computer.
- Sits for extended periods of time.
- Travel to Bank’s branch offices.
Equipment Used:
- General office equipment.
