As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our company, representing us to our clients. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills, you will be responsible for understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Don't worry if you don't have expert-level Facebook ad experience, we're more interested in your ability to pick up new skills quickly and your passion for digital marketing.
You'll be working in a fast-moving environment and will need to be able to handle tight deadlines and pressing situations with ease. You should be able to handle pressure like a pro, and the word "stress" won't phase you in the slightest.

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing 10-12 client accounts, ensuring all major communication and collaboration associated with those accounts are handled efficiently.
Here's a rundown of your superpowers:
- Quality control, 1x / week audits on all ads manager’s ad account work, and collaborating with the senior strategist to make client strategy suggestions and improvements
- Monitoring monthly projections, tracking goals vs. actuals, and executing strategic actions based on data from the ads and funnel
- Having a clear understanding of the strategy for each client account, bringing in team members as needed, and weighing in on client monthly creative insights to create a 2X ROAs for clients
- Proactively tasking necessary funnel work, audits, and creative & copy
- Sending and adding strategic commentary to all client weekly & monthly reports, running client weekly status calls and communicating results and progress clearly
- Sending monthly client satisfaction emails, keeping the ads team allocation dashboard fully up to date, and supporting with updating projections on an ongoing basis
- Onboarding new clients and understanding the strategy, projections, and execution plan needed to get their ads live and profitable
- Understanding and communicating client campaign planners' up-to-date goals, budgets, links, audiences, and strategies
- Following up with client communications, questions, and concerns in a timely manner, staying on top of new techniques, strategies, and changes to test for better client results & campaign successes
- Fully owning and executing a client’s live launch, Running client weekly status calls with minimal support from the senior strategist and utilizing a client call sheet to run a smooth and organized client call
- Conduct Monthly Self-Assessments Reviews for your team of Ads Managers providing clear & direct feedback, while having continual communication for support and accountability.
- Participate in weekly ads team meetings and bring strategy or process ideas & suggestions to the team
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift)
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
