Graphic Products is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to create, deploy, and manage email/online marketing campaigns. This is a solid opportunity, with an upside of positive, long-term learning and growth in digital marketing.

This position
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing campaigns (e.g., HubSpot, SEO, email marketing, UTM tracking, etc.) to increase lead qualification and nurturing, that lead to happy prospect-customer sales.
Essential Functions
Responsible for flawlessly executing direct response / digital marketing HubSpot campaigns.
Evaluate nurture campaigns, triggers, messages, and approach.
Coordinate user acceptance testing.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize our website and other digital content.
Evaluate and create new methods and offer sequences to improve the User Journey.
Document processes and procedures for the digital marketing team.
Monitor, summarize and report analytics weekly, including HubSpot dashboard and top-of-funnel metrics at the completion of each campaign.
Monitor campaign budgets.
Participate in stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Required Skills/Abilities
· Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
· Must have CRM and marketing automation experience. Use of applications: ClickUp, Teamwork, CMS applications, Outreach, and/or Salesforce/Pardot is a plus.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Comfortable working independently, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
· Successful individuals will possess a proven track record of anticipating challenges and providing solutions that add value.
· Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience with agile and/or scrum methodology.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year, DOE
