Digital Intelligence Supervisor
We are looking for a Digital Intelligence Supervisor to join the Analytics team at BrkThru Digital. The Digital Intelligence Supervisor will be responsible for empowering cross-departmental teams (media, strategy, client success, client services and analytics), stakeholders, and leadership with informed strategies and resources to elevate our business and provide optimal offerings to our clients. As a function of the analytics department, you will collaborate with a tightknit team of expert specialists across a variety of disciplines to provide influence and value within all levels of the organization. You are expected to contribute to the high standards and passion embraced by the rest of the analytics team.
Our Digital Intelligence Supervisor will master exploratory data analysis, advanced reporting, and data visualizations that serve the dual purpose of making complex concepts easy to understand and delivering data-backed, actionable recommendations. You must be capable of partnering effectively with a variety of internal teams to execute innovative processes, tools, and tests. The best candidate will possess a strong background in programmatic media trading with a proficiency in trading across a variety of platforms, understanding of client key performance indicators, and excel in developing optimization strategies for success. You will excel as a Digital Intelligence Supervisor if ways to improve business processes, find efficiencies across the organization in planning and operations, and elevating media strategies .
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of data informed strategies and resources to elevate the business at all levels of the organization from developing trader tools, to uncovering opportunities for improving organization outcomes.
- Use data to identify patterns and trends to offer solutions for strategy and leadership in the form of updated strategies, processes, or systems.
- Consistently reevaluate and improve the ways by which we collect ideas, aggregate insights, and communicate actionable next steps to different stakeholders.
- Manage the vision and team responsible for developing our campaign monitoring efforts.
- Support Brkthru’s Strategy process by guiding our rationale as well as showcasing our own data and trends. Supporting our post-sale optimization and client reporting processes with our own benchmarks.
- Be the liaison between Analytics and the Strategy department at Brkthru. Work with the Strategy department to improve the quality of research and strategy through utilization of Brkthru’s internal data collection.
- Working with Strategy, enhance our RFP offerings by augmenting our presentations with data trends and metrics gathered from our internal Brkthru data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Naturally proactive, taking the initiative to recognize and solve problems before anyone asks
- Analytical approach to tasks with the ability to effectively extract data findings and present in a digestible manner
- Strong sense of ownership and desire to contribute
- Recognize when to challenge established thinking, the courage to voice suggestions and the maturity to accept feedback.
- Demonstrated data fluency, comfortable with large datasets, designing data visualizations and extracting meaning from your analysis.
- Competence with reporting/data visualization/CRM tools such as: Tableau, Excel Pivot Tables/Charts, Tapclicks , Power BI, SQL, Google Data Studio and Zoho
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred ; a concentration in marketing or communication related field desired.
- Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years analytics experience preferred.
