Job description
The Digital Content scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of digital network FAST channels and the coordination of all digital broadcast elements through post production, internal and external stakeholders to meet curation air dates. This role will be on-site based out of our offices in NYC or Atlanta, remote opportunity is open to discussion.
What you will get to do -
Asset Coordination
Assist with the daily operations of the AMG FAST channels. Responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day operations and delivery of all on-air materials to meet air date. Work with On air promotions and Marketing to best promote upcoming events and specials. Manage the recording and replay of LIVE sporting events in the Amagi scheduling UI. his includes, but is not limited to:
- Working with producers and vendors to receive video content in-house for OTT playout.
- Schedule daily OTT FAST playlists.
- Coordinate delivery of assets for ingest, archive and editorial.
- Provide producers with guidance on required show formats and requirements for digital broadcast.
- Execute On air marketing strategies.
- Ensure sponsorships are correctly scheduled.
- Schedule LIVE event records and repeat playback.
Other Responsibilities
The Coordinator will assist management with the department functions, such as:
- Providing flight reports as needed.
- Create format templates.
- Interact with show producers to ensure deliverables meet OTT/FAST delivery requirements and channel guidelines.
