Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate/ GED
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful.
- Must be able to lift various weights, of up to 25 pounds or more with assistance.
- Works in areas that are hot as well as cold and with equipment common to a food service Kitchen
Dietary Duties:
- Prepares the main dining room for meal service.
- Sets tables with necessary items.
- Menus are set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Work area is to be cleaned and sanitized
- Tables are cleaned after meal service using proper sanitation guidelines and procedures.
