Description:

Will be troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing mostly diesel powered water pumps with John Deere engines. The mechanic crew consists of 4 other all-around mechanics and 1 welder currently. They are trying to bring the engine work back in house from John Deere and want an engine expert to join the team. They will be tearing apart diagnosing and fixing the pump engines.

Will work in the shop M-F 6am-5pm and will go out into the field on emergency calls. 90% shop. Will need own tools like any experienced tech should have.

Ideal candidate will come from a John Deere dealership or an equipment dealer like CAT, Sunstate, 4 rivers, etc. Heavy equipment, diesel engine experienced technician.
