Role Description:

At Kubient, we're building the next generation cutting-edge AdTech marketplace. This means we build systems that transact in real-time and at high scale to the delight of our customers. The DevOps team delivers, maintains, and evolves the infrastructure that makes all of this possible. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key player, helping us create scalable infrastructure-as-code using cutting edge tools. You should have some experience working on CI/CD pipelines, systems reliability or orchestration technologies tools integrated with DevOps best practices.

This role can be remote, with US EST operating hours.

What you’ll do:

As a DevOps Engineer you will be developing and executing on our infrastructure strategy. You will be working with the team to develop and enhance our code release processes from writing a line of code to executing code in the state of the art container technologies. You will be developing our infrastructure to scale and integrate tools and technologies to ensure system reliability and maintainability. You will work closely with developers to support high performance teams. Think tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment, and ephemeral environments to empower parallel feature execution

Most importantly, you will collaborate across our entire development team to help accomplish team goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer deploying scalable applications in a public cloud environment such as AWS , GCP or Azure
• Strong ability to learn new technologies and work collaboratively across the organization
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • infrastructure tools and techniques such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform or others
  • container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • scripting languages Python, Typescript, Go or Ruby
• Experience with big data technologies, streaming analytics and the deployment of machine learning technologies would be a great plus.
• Experience in adtech (SSP, Exchange, RTB) would also be a great asset.

Additional Details

We have transitioned to a work-from-home model with the expectation of our team meeting in person for certain meetings and events that arise throughout the year.

Our headquarter offices are located in New York City but we have the ability to hire anywhere within the US.

DevOps Engineers usually earn a base annual salary between $100,000 and $125,000. An individuals starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training.
