Positions available include Help-desk Support, Computer Support Specialist, Level 1, Level 2, Jr. Network Administrator, Server Administrator, Technical Coordinator and IT Administrator to name a few.

Our clients are looking for a minimum of a year of experience in field and/or equivalent degree/certifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Install, repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot

Personal Computers & Networks

Telecommunication Cables

Printers, Scanners and Facsimile Peripherals

Software

Modems Configure, upgrade, support, and service

Hardware

Software applications Design, install, configure, operate and troubleshoot

Routed and switched networks

Wireless networks

Build and rebuild desktop computers to customer specifications

Assess customer needs

Order components

Assemble computer systems

Evaluate customer requests

Recommend systems and peripherals

Identify problems and resolve complaints

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors Degree preferred in IT or related certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
