First two weeks need to be onsite in Melville NY for Training.

Position will start on site at 3 Huntington Quadrangle Melville for training, will be remote once training is complete.

We are seeking a resource to work alongside our enterprise service desk team . The Service Desk acts as the initial point of contact for user support and inquiries. Techs will provide first-line technical support via phone, resolving issues where possible and escalating to the appropriate support group via the ServiceNow service management suite. Resources will provide ad-hoc service to users of all computer systems, triage, troubleshoot and resolve problems and answer questions.

Seeking resources with great customer service skills as well as technical support expertise. Some experience working with a ticketing system or service management platform (ServiceNow, Remedy, CA Service Desk, etc.) Strong familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office 365 as well as some Microsoft Active Directory experience preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.06 - $28.00 per hour
