Position Summary:
Provide day-to-day administrative functions and problem resolution related to computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems and applications that the Corporate’s Enterprise Service Desk cannot resolve. The Deskside Support Analyst must have solid customer service skills and resolve technical problems in a “mission-critical” environment.

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
