We are recruiting a Deskside Technician to join our existing team of three technicians. The team consists of Technicians that visit customer's machines to solve support related problems or resolve issues remotely to users within the US. Candidates will be required to have basic PC support knowledge and experience with common tools.
Responsibilities
- Excellent problem solving & customer facing skills
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 and 11 Operating System Errors
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/365 Suite
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Group Policy Objects experience
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
- Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
- Previous Experience of working within a Ticket Management System (ServiceNow preferred)
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately
Candidates with a driving
license

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent problem solving & customer facing skills
- Minimum of 3 Years' experience in an IT Support Role
- Mastery in Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
- Hardware problems diagnose skills (PC's, laptops, printers etc.);
- Knowledge of remote administrative tools in Windows 10 environment;
- Knowledge of LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies to perform basic troubleshooting;
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Cisco desk phone system;
- Familiar with printer and multi-functional devices connected to a network;
- Willingness to learn new technologies, positive, helpful can do attitude and ability to work with others;
- Strong communication skills, service delivery orientation;
- Ability to cope with stress and workload;
