Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking an Quality Test Engineer to join our team of Electric power division in Seguin,TX.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group

n this role, you will be taking ownership of Rental gensets fueled by diesel primarily for North Americas region. You will be engineering contact for suppliers for CPPD, NPI, CPI and other Material cost reduction (MCR) projects. You will provide support to engineering team as SME on NPI and other maintenance projects those require complex calculations, redesign of existing product and integration without impacting production of current product. You will be providing shop support to solve complex technical problems, to maintain regular production to meet customer delivery dates. You will work with people across multiple organizations expanding your professional contacts and develop an understanding of the diversity of Company and its systems.

Typical Day

High level deliverables • SME for Seguin systems for REPS engineering team. • Shop support for NPIs, Pilot and Validation testing. • Production & test support (Electrical / Mechanical) o Introduce ICAs & PCAs to protect CSD o Resolve Seguin quality issues (CIAs) and support quality initiatives o Deviations, technical support, quality audits • Onsite Rental genset support • Supplier collaboration, find alternative parts and validate new parts • Compliance support (UL, ULC, CSA)

Education Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum THREE years' experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with minimum TWO years' experience. - Master’s degree in an Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering projects/internships will be considered toward experience minimum, but durations must be listed on resumes.

Technical Skills

• Seguin System and Process Knowledge • Genset product knowledge • Experience using Creo, and TeamCenter • Troubleshooting experience STRONGLY PREFERRED: • Understanding of UL, CSA, NFPA, and NEC requirements • Engineering shop support experience

Soft Skills

• Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
