Job Description:
PrimaCARE, P.C. in Fall River is looking for a Full-Time Deposit Room Coordinator.
- Opening & processing all mail for the company
- Preparing all physician money deposits for bank deposit
- Preparing all Insurance EOB’S and payments for daily deposit
- Preparing all billing department mail for postage
- Scanning of all billing department documents
- Processing all credit card transactions for Insurance Companies
- Keeping detail logs of all money bags
- Monthly total reconciliation logs
- Miscellaneous assigned duties
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
