Dauphin CountyDomestic Relations Office is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Department Clerk 2 (Teams). The employee in this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical support services related to the establishment and enforcement of support orders. In addition to utilizing and updating the statewide computerized child support database, the position requires preparing, scheduling, and processing cases; documenting case resolutions; attending court proceedings; assisting with research, case management and compliance; and communicating with clients, other agencies, and the public. Ensures adherence to standards and schedules prescribed by Federal, State, and County authorities. This is a union position.
Graduation from high school or an accredited equivalency program; experience in office environment to include computer experience, and the ability to operate general office machines.
A favorable criminal background check is required.
