Our general dentistry practice is currently seeking a full-time team member to join our front office. We are seeking someone who shows leadership, compassion, and the drive to succeed. Requirements are excellent computer skills, top notch communication, excellent organization skills, reliable, and capable to multitask. DENTAL EXPERIENCE A HUGE PLUS

Although we are willing to train the right person, Eaglesoft knowledge is a huge plus along with working knowledge of dental billing or other related billing.

Other responsibilities include:

-Monitoring the schedule to ensure the Hygiene schedule is full and all needed information is available for the Hygienist

-Multiple monthly reports

-Monitoring accuracy of patient information

-confirmation and reactivation phone calls

-collecting co-pays

-submitting insurance claims on a timely basis

-all actions necessary to get the claims paid from both insurance companies and patients.

The office is going way above the NY State/CDC mandated operations guidelines for the coronavirus. All social distancing protocols are being followed, such limiting who is in the office at any given time; ensuring patients are not in the waiting room, etc
