Dental Receptionist
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess an understanding of the dental industry. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who is passionate about providing quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare providers.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
