Our office places over 1,000 implants per year including highly sought zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Patients from around the country routinely come to our office for the most advanced dental treatment available. We provide implants and fixed arch restorations, changing the lives of the patients we serve. We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team of dental professionals in providing a premium patient experience. You will never be bored in our office!

As the Practice Manager, you will partner with the Managing Dentist to lead the team, build great relationships with the patients, and drive productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and motivating team members, and excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain a pleasant work environment while ensuring a high level of organization, communication, and efficiency.

Pay

Salary negotiable based on experience.

We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into supporting a team that provides a premium patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Treatment Plan Presentation
• Partner with the doctor create and execute monthly action plan
• Build strong, healthy relationships with team members, patients, and DSO support team
• Perform administrative tasks such as submit end of day reports, end of month reports, timecard management, etc.
• Respond efficiently to patient, team, and doctor inquiries
• Team schedule flow and management

• A minimum of 2 years previous practice management experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
