Work experience

• 2-5 Years of experience in the field prefered, but not required.

Proficientcy in the following areas prefered, but not required.

• Open Dental
• Email communications
• Word
• Excel
• Third party financing programs
• General dental knowledge

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

• Scheduling new and existing patient appointments and managing patient relations.
• Managing insurance claims
• Review treatment plans with patients, collect payments and establish financial arrangements
• Sending monthly statements
• Manage office communications such as voice mails, emails and mail.
• Maintain office recall system
• Assist with office social media presence
• Process end of day procedures: including balancing day sheet and rescheduling any missed appointments
• Conduct weekly schedule review to ensure monthly production goal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
