Demand Generation Manager
Job description
Marketing by Monrae is looking for a skilled Demand Generation Manager to help our company drive sustainable consumer relationships and maintain interest and enthusiasm for our brand.
As a Demand Generation Manager for Marketing By Monrae, you will be responsible for promoting and raising awareness of our brand and its products and services. You will work within teams to develop new strategies for reaching more consumers and help us to appeal to our target audiences. In this role, the Demand Generation Manager is responsible for creating market segments and developing campaigns and lead generation strategies for each group. You will also connect business objectives to campaigns and define and measure the metrics that prove ROI.
To be successful in this role, you must possess an ability to think outside the box, have direct experience in demand generation and exemplify leadership in thought and deed.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
- Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
- Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out
- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
- Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
- Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with

- Has a customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect’s larger issues
- Knows their way around the tools of the trade–CRM, marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and so on.
- Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree–preferably in marketing, business or a related field.
- At least three years of marketing experience, preferably in a demand generation role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
