Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe, a fast-casual restaurant in Noblesville, is seeking qualified candidates for our line staff/delivery driver position(s)! We serve toasted sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and salads. Our food is available for ordering in-store, online, and by catering/delivery. We are growing quickly and want you on board!

Qualifications for this position include:

• Reliability coming to work as scheduled
• Ability to perform general restaurant and customer service duties
• Ability to learn, follow management directions and adapt to business needs and situations

To fulfill deliveries:

• Your own vehicle for deliveries if you wish to fulfill delivery orders for extra compensation
• Valid auto insurance and driver's license
• Age 18 or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE PREVIOUS RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE, AND WEEKEND OR OPEN AVAILABILITY. THIS IS NOT REQUIRED

• shared tips (average $4+ an hour)
• delivery drivers receive $5 compensation per delivery taken, receive all of their delivery tips, and are eligible for shared tips
