Our Delivery Team Members are an extension of our FOH Team, and represent that signature customer service to our guests at their homes. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.

Role Expectations:

• Must be 18 and older with a minimum of 2 years of driving history and a valid U.S driver’s license.
• Available to work during delivery times, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Available to work between 15-30 hours a week (Part-Time) or 30-40 hours a week (Full-Time).
• Available to work on Saturdays.
• The ability to follow GPS directions accurately and expediently to addresses of homes, apartments, business suites, and other locations in Charlotte.
• Possess the desire to proudly represent the brand of Chick-fil-A and our Core Values.
• Believe yourself to be optimistic, friendly, have strong character, and enjoy serving others.
• Believe punctuality, communication, and reliability are clear traits you possess and would have no issues demonstrating these traits consistently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
