Debit Card Dispute Representative
Job description
Shift: 10:30AM to 7PM (with 1 rotating Saturday shift per month)
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- 3+ years of experience with credit/debit card dispute experience
- Ability to handle escalations and deescalate customer disputes
- Proficient data entry skills
- Proficient Microsoft Suite experience
- Proficient communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Sharp candidates who are reliable, punctual, and professional
Day-to-Day:
A client of Insight Global is seeking to add a Debit Card Dispute Representative to their team in the Kearney, MO area. The Debit Card Dispute Representative will take inbound and outbound customer/client calls and resolve customer Reg-E disputes, determine if disputes are relevant or frivolous by reviewing information regarding the basis of the dispute, work closely with other internal departments, record and document results of investigation, and report any escalating trends to management to prevent future losses and makes recommendations to for future prevention. This position requires an individual to be comfortable handling disputes via inbound and outbound phone call with customers, as well as following up with customers via email. In addition, individuals must be committed to completing a full 40-hour week Monday through Friday, with the shift time hours of 10:30AM to 7PM CST. This position is fully on-site in Kearney, MO.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
